Sturdy and easy to install. My only complaint is that like many outdoor lanterns, it doesn't have a very "finished" bottom, which is odd since it is meant to hang overhead. But I suspect you'd have to spend alot more than this to get that.

Could this "outdoor" fixture hang in a pergola which will get rained on, or is it strictly for use outdoors in a covered location such as a porch? A:This outdoor fixture is approved for damp locations. Damp locations are defined as an exterior or interior location that is normally or periodically subject to condensation of moisture in, on or adjacent to, electrical equipment and includes partially protected locations. So this outdoor fixture would be more appropriate in a covered location such as a porch that is protected from the elements. Brian
