The fixture arrived in a reasonable amount of time, was very well packaged against damage, and included all required parts. I bought the fixture, not to use it for it's intended outdoor installation, but to convert to an indoor swag lamp suspended from mineature pulleys with small gauge rope. It perfectly picks up the nautical flavor of my den and with a minor modification(installation of a frosted shade inside of the pendant's glass) and the addition of a line dimmer it is a good reading lamp as well. It seems to be constructed very well, and the electric lamp parts are well protected and therefore I recommend it for indoor or outdoor installation. It is good-looking, reasonably priced, and easy to install.
