The product appears to be good quality, however, we have not had the opportunity to get them installed yet. Lighting Universe was attentive in that we were emailed the status on our order up to the date of delivery. However, the actual handling of the delivery by UPS could have been better. The box was mashed in on one side, but due to the Styrofoam, the globe just missed being smashed. Otherwise, the lighting company was excellent.
