Installation was straightforward. Be sure to use the mounting plate provided, trying to re-use the mount from the prior light proved unsuccessful as the fixture base stuck out from the wall with about a 1/4-inch gap.

Setting the sensing distance was a bit tricky, the adjustment screw is behind the mounting cover requiring removal of the fixture each time. The halfway point provides about a 25-foot sensing distance for a person walking by. The larger the moving object, the further the distance sensed.

The dusk/dark feature is accessible with the fixture mounted, as is the timed delay-off function. The dusk dimming feature seems to provide about 1/3 the normal light intensity, when motion detected, goes to full brightness.

The auto/manual feature takes a bit of learning to get the timing right - not difficult, but not foolproof.

Been installed for about two weeks - so far, loving them! Have received several positive comments from neighbors on the looks and function.

Overall it is what I wanted. Information on web sight was not accurate and had to call to clarify.

Love the light and the quality of the finish. The instructions to use the dimmer feature are difficult. May order two more for the parking area.

A little tricky to initially adjust the level of motion sensitivity but they work great and look great. Easy to install.
