I have a clearance problem with the top of light fixture and cannot change bulb from the top. Does all the Hubbardton Forge outdoor sconces; Banded small, Tourou small and the Exos Pasadena small all change bulbs from the bottom? A:To change the bulb in this fixture you would need to remove the glass which is connected to the top of the fixture. Jessica
