We ordered 11 different Murray Fiess Cotswald lights and are very pleased with both the lights and Lighting Universe. Ordering was easy and we received several notifications when the lights shipped. When they arrived, we realized that 2 were larger than what we needed and returning and re-ordering was simple. Installation was simple and the lights look and work great! We Also received a reminder email to inspect the lights just in case we needed to return anything. Great service, great delivery, easy returns and exchanges and excellent follow up! This is our 2nd order from lighting universe and would definitely order again.

The lighting fixtures are beautiful. The shipment came in a timely fashion.
I am a do it yourselfer and had a problem installing the fixtures into the electrical box on our outside wall. The box was only 1" deep and as a result had to cut down the size of the mounting screws in order to mount the light to the outside wall. Also the mounting plate that was provided did not fit the electrical box and I had to alter the plate to get it to fit. Otherwise we are very happy with the service and the light fixtures we purchased actually exceeded our expectations.
