We received the lights in a timely way, and the customer service was great (email and phone replies were timely).

With the first-time buyer discount, we got these lights for about 30% less than Home Design Expo wanted, and for which they would not do a order (they were out of stock, and wanted us to wait, with no guarantee, for their "regular shipment" to come in).

It was a little more lightweight than I expected (which is not really a negative). However, it looked exactly as the picture, def a different exterior light than most. A conversation piece. I LOVE IT!

We mounted outside the front door of our mission/arts and crafts style stucco house - that period or style of design, like much of Frank Llyod Wright's residential buildings, was influenced by Japanese architecture - and the lamp definitely has much of that element in it. It won't work on any house. It could have come with some more mounting screws but I quickly found some that would work.
