The light was well packed by the glass was broken but no worries, they replaced that without any problems.
The finish is awesome too. We love the light.

This fixture represents a very good value. The unit is constructed of cast metal and therefore is a pretty solid unit, as opposed to the stamped metal fixtures you often see at the big box stores. The glass finish is also very nice, in my opinion, without having that "fake" or "overdone" texturing seen on many fixtures. This particular fixture is a series that look similar but are different sizes. This is the smallest of the series. The one downfall is that you have to unscrew the bottom plate to reach in to change the bulb. This is probably not a problem with the larger versions. The dark finish appears to be good quality. The finish grinding was not as smooth as a higher price fixture may have had, but overall it looks very nice and has a very high quality at this price point.

Great price and great looking too! I love that the amber glass hides the bulb, gives off a nice, soft glow. We bought the matching hanging lantern for our new front porch, beautiful!
