This was my first purchase from Universal Lighting. The shipment arrived in just a few days. One of the smaller sconces had a broken glass. I called the 800 number and reported it. Within days new replacement glass arrived. I've looked for quite awhile to find quality lighting at a reasonable price appropriate for a Cape Cod home and finally found it with the American Heritage sconces. We are very pleased with our purchase.
