Just as specified. I have used it to power an outdoor spotlight for the flag. Been through many recent rains. Still excellent performance. Long lead power card very helpful. Much better than the one replaced.

It seems to take forever to get a rep to answer the phone so that I can spend money. When they finaly get on, they are pleasent and courteous.
