I''m confused by the remark that "bulbs are not eligible for replacement? A:What that is referring to is fixtures that include a bulbs when shipped from the manufacturer. If the fixture is damaged in shipping the parts will be replaced. The bulbs however, would not be replaced by the manufacturer. They are usually too fragile to ship alone. This does not mean that bulbs can't be replaced by you once they burn out under normal circumstances.
