Evaluated many other units before chosing this one. Stylish, yet unobtrusive design. I also like the accessory bulb back-shells, "snoot" hoods and filter holders. I wanted to mount them directly on my piture frames and found it fairly simple to do. The length is good to avoid excess heat on a picture, if using Halogen bulbs (personally, I use LED flood bulbs). Workmanship is very good, just don't loose the special allen wrenches that are supplied!
