Nuts on the inside for the arms were not tightened - it was falling apart when taken from the boxes. Being 7mm nuts (which is not commonly found in most tool boxes), it will be no easy task for the average do-it-yourselfer to finish. The arms should have been welded on. Packaging was also insufficient which caused several chips in the finish. On the plus side, once properly assembled and touched up, they are made from very substantial material and look very nice. Price point is also a plus and makes up for the negatives - value for me was acceptable.

Unlike the simpler mount that I purchased, from the same company, which had 4 screw holes to secure it, this large mount for some reason only has 2 screw holes. This makes it very difficult to keep it from being wobbly. We are going to have to shim it on 2 sides to try and keep it steady. What a pain!!!
