You sent the wrong color first----i called and you had a fed-x guy pick it up the next day and you shipped the correct color fixture that day. we received the fixture in less than a week. thats about as good customer service gets anywhere. we are very pleased with the product and the excellent service.

I no not typically purchase items from pictures in catalogs or on the internet since I'm usually disappointed in the quality and lack of the actual product looking anything like the picture. However, when I saw the light I purchased on the internet, I decided to take another chance. When we opened the boxes, I couldn't believe it looked exactly as pictured; even better. After we installed it, and turned on the switch, we knew everyone who sees it will be envious. It's perfect. I will let everyone know that 'What you see is definitely what you get'. Thanks......

When I received the product the box was stamped "made in China" and only when I looked in the "small print" lower on the product description page on your site did I see the product is in fact made in China.
