While the Flipper has been designed to be utilized in underwater applications, over half of the time it is actually used in out-of-water settings. In a Japanese lantern, at the base of a hydrangea, under a foot bridge, or under a bench in a sitting area. Note: A transformer is required and is sold separately, please see required components. Do not use in swimming pools and spas.
