This is the first purchase of a lighting fixture we've mde over the internet and we spent a long time looking for just the right piece. Still we were worried that it may not look exactly as presented. We actually found it looks even better! It's a beautiful piece with a warm look. It's almost like a period piece - a bit Frank Lloyd Wright'ish, yet it looks wonderful and brings character to our brand new and qite modern home. The order process was easy - it shipped to Canada, and delivery was quick and all arrived in perfect shape.

Beautiful light for our dining room. Good, fast delivery, came well-protected in the box. However, was disappointed that there was no center support to hook to bottom of lamp--we went to the hardware store and purchased one and fitted it in ourselves--now more sturdy. Made a "chat" service request about the center support, but did not receive a call back as they had promised.
