Shop for lighting fixtures

The various colors in these sconces (we ordered two) break up the solid colors of our furniture. It harmonizes with everything but still has interesting colors of its own. The quality is excellent, shipping was fast, packing materials substantial. Excellent experience!

Too bad the actual piece doesn't look this good. because of the contruction of the piece, you cannot make it hang flush with the wall. instead of the light being focused through the stained glass, it dissipates out the sides and does not look good. we had an electircian hang it; then my husband who also does lighting tried to see if he could improve it. the weight of the lamp is concentrated on the topwhich keeps it from hanging flush with the wall.

My husband had to drill in more holes in the back brace of the lights to get them flush with our walls, but once he did - they're great. We love how they look, transitional and warm. We've gotten lots of great compliments.

We originally ordered these the first week of March 09. They finally came the middle of May 09 -- Quoizel had trouble getting them from their manufacturer. When we finally got these, we were very happy we had waited for them instead of cancelling the order and getting something else. We rebuilt our home with a prairie/mission style and a series of 3 of these sconces are perfect down our hallway. Our walls are yellow and the glow from these at night is astounding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who likes stained glass and the beautiful glow you get from it. Quality is good. Pieces are not individually foiled and soldered but it still looks very good and is sturdy.
