The chandelier was delivered in perfect condition with everything required to hang it. I would not hesitate to recommend Lighting Universe to anyone. It looks great too.

This looks perfect in my dining area! The design looks like I bought it with my table as it matches so well. It also works very well. I had professsonal installers install it so I have no comment on the instructions. It is far less expensive though to install it yourself, if you are able to do so.
