Usually, I never take the time to respond to these requests, but after 10+ successfull orders, I think it has been earned. Over the course of the last year, I have built two new houses in different houses, and in each case, ordered 75% of my fixtures from this site. On each instance, I was more than pleased with the selection and timely arrival of the lights. I have even re-ordered non-part number replacement components for some of them, and the sales reps always respond to my questions with 12 hours and get the information I need to me. A great experience, everytime.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
