At first when I saw the image online I thought it looked boring. Then I read it was in an s curve which it doesn't really show well in pictures. Once I read that I ordered it. when we got it in I was really pleased, it looks so much better irl and it sets the tone for our house nicely. We actually installed it in our dining area with a dimmer. It's got a very modern contempory feel to it and the color is just gorgeous, we love it and have received many compliments since installing it.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
