We searched & searched for over a year attempting to find the perfect stairway chandelier for our home. We have an older home (1918) recently painted & needed just the right look but also excellent quality.So many that we saw looked beautiful but appeared very cheaply made & of poor quality upon closer inspection.Finally we found this chandelier.The perfect one!.Beautiful,eyecatching, perfect for our decor,not too ornate. We also purchased 2 smaller similar Murray-Feiss mini chandeliers for our front & back downstairs hallway. Again,absolutely perfect, wonderful quality & just what we were searching for.We couldn't be happier.Our only disappointment was assembly of all the tiny crystals was very time consuming & rather like a giant puzzle.We would have like to have been forewarned about the assembly process because we would have planned for more time in assembling & hanging the lights.Still we are so pleased & the time spent was well worth it!

We are in Mexico so we were able to hang it over our jacuzzi tub in a marble bathroom in front of a picture window. I reflects into the mirror over the sinks and is on a dimmer...perfect for those romatice bubble baths.

    A: This is a convertable fixture, meaning it can be a pendant or semi-flush mount. The height as a pendant is 23", for the semi-flush option it is 22". It is 16" in diameter.
