After over an hour on the phone with Knobs and Hardware and then the manufacturer, it was found that there was a discrepancy in information on the website, regarding this return. With the help of the manufacturer, K and H finally processed the return. I thought it was only fair that I follow up on my negative review. The manufacturer was extremely supportive and helpful.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
