I ordered two of these, a small and a medium. The small was fine, but the medium was assembled incorrectly so that the wiring had been damaged, and the light blew the circuit when we turned it on. Luckily one of us is an electrical engineer, and was able to rewire it and avoid the hassle of returning it. They look great now that they are up, but possible quality issues, so don't through away the box until you are sure that it works.

I ordered 5 lights that arrived quickly. I am a weekend warrior and had the old exterior wall sconces off and new ones on in about 30 minutes each.
The only problem I encountered was that the housing for the glass globe obscured the use of a standard flat head screw driver to tighten the bolts that hold the unit to the bracket. I did not want to go in town and buy a special "Z" screw driver. I achieved the tightening with a soft cloth and needle nose pliers.
Finished installation and product looks great!
