We love that this light has an electric eye to come on at dusk, off at dawn. The frosted glass gives a milky-white glow, not amber-colored. Plenty bright without blinding like clear glass. The bronze-colored fixture looks great with our house color, which is a light taupe/grey with white trim and brick red shutters/door.
I was a little worried when the box showed up, as it was very battered, but the contents seemed to be well-packed, regardless. We had no breakage or loss.
