This is an attractive high quality lamp. Very substantial, excellent construction, provides good light for working or reading. An excellent choice particularly if desk space is limited.

I had tried to buy a similar but less expensive lamp but it was out of stock. This lamp was more than I was planning to pay, but boy was it worth it. It looks great and provides plenty of light. The packing was exceptional - no chance of breakage. The shade was a bit difficult to rotate, but that's a sign of the solid construction. Very happy with this purchase.

Beautiful design and very solid. I tried to buy a less expensive lamp that was similar to this one, but they were all on backorder, so I was "stuck" ordering this more expensive model. You definitely get what you pay for - this is a very nice lamp! And it was packaged extremely well, minimizing the chance for breakage.
