I wrote a review entitled "wobbler".  This problem seemed insignificant at first. Now, 1 week after installation by a professional electrician, who also installed three other fans without any problems, this Hunter fan is now "scrapping" and makes an awful noise when the fan is being used, whether low, medium or high speed. I am returning the fan and purchasing a different fan to install.  Two problems within 1 week is enough for me.

This is a quality product. Can't speak to the quality of instructions because I had a professional electrician install it. Am planning to buy another of these fans.
