I bought 2 of these lamps for my office, which is large and has a high ceiling and needs lots of lighting. The lamps were in stock and came quickly. They were easy to put together. I thought the top light was going to hold a 100 watt light but it is only rated for 60 watt. The overall quality is okay but the lamp is not as sturdy as I had expected for the price. They will work but only get a "C".

The first one I received did not work. Lighting Universe sent another one immediately which worked find. Delivery was exceptionally fast on both items. Good company to work with.

The instructions consisted of a 'picture' so they were not that helpful and once assembled the light seems to be somewhat unsturdy. However, we placed the light behind a chaise so it does not get bumped in any way. The light itself is great--love the dimming feature and the reading light is perfect. We just wish the base were a little more steady.

Looks great. Works well. We love it.
