It was easy to setup. It's bigger than what I expected but nice.
At the first glance, the glass looks cheap but once you put it up
and the light shines thru it, it really does have a cozy french bistro
feel to it.

I made a mistake of not comparison shop and saw this light and ordered it
immediately. Then I stumbled on it on a different site on accident with 1/2 the price. Since this site had a 110% price guarantee, I contacted them to see if they would refund the difference but apparently, the policy
is that as long as you have not ordered the product they guarantee the price not after. Why would anyone bother to negotiate if they can just to the other site and just buy it at a better price? For the 10%? I rather shop on sites that have the right upcharge and not waste time.
On the product, the frame is great. The swirly glass stuff is very poorly manufactured. It looks very cheap. Overall, for $200.00 I expected a much better product.

Why can this fixture not be returned? A:That is a manufacturer's policy and beyond our control. Obviously if the item is damaged in shipping it would be returnable, but that is not eligible for the "buyers remorse" return. The item is also still covered under warranty.
