I shopped before buying, and saw these same knobs at local retailers for four times the price! I haven't installed them yet, but I am very pleased with the quality and price!

The knobs are beautiful, simple and classic. The finish is nicely brushed/rubbed so that a nice amount of the bronze color shows through. I ordered 17 of these knobs and when they arrived, more than half of them were seriously gouged and scratched clear down to the base metal. Since the finish was oil rubbed bronze, it was really noticeable and I couldn't use them. I called customer service at Lighting Universe and they immediately placed an order for the nine replacement knobs I needed--and apologized for the inconvenience, even though the knobs had been shipped direct from the manufacturer. The replacements came in a timely manner and they were all in great shape. I have known Amerock to be a manufacturer of high-quality goods, so I hope that my experience of receiving poor quality items was an anomaly. I also ordered several bin pulls--which were pricey--from Amerock at the same time and they all arrived in perfect condition the first time.

Well, the knobs seemed well wrapped, but despite that, some had scratches. We touched them up and kept them but they should have arrived in better condition.
