I purchased the faucet with matching Supply line valves. The valves sent to me from Fixture universe, or whatever company this is, were incorrect. Since then I have been calling for weeks to get them returned and all I hear is that they will credit my account within a day or two. Very frustrating and not sure what I can do other than warn others that this company does not take responsibility and you are taking a risk buying from them.
