The product was good but the shipping fee of $15 for a doorbell is outrageous! The doorbell is only $3 more than the shipping cost.

Finish perfectly matched my other hardware, however, I needed sheet metal screws for installation in my steel security door. The top screw head snapped off since it was too thin when installing. I had to use liquid nails to sort of 'stick it in place' for aesthetics. As result, unless installing in wood, I don't recommend getting this doorbell.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
