The sleek, low-profile PRIORI Series T2 uses the latest in sub-miniature fluorescent technology. The high-output T2 lamp generates 3500°K white light with a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 90. Electronic ballast provides “instant on” and eliminates the flicker and hum typically associated with fluorescent lighting.

It produces great lighting on the backsplash and counter. The overall installation was relatively easy. The only cons are are follows: 1. The lamp (t2) is VERY fragile and very expensive. I broke one putting it in and had to spend $20 on a replacement. 2. the overall length under the cabinet must include enough space for the plug tab (as seen in photo) and the plug tat goes in it; so, for a 28" cabinet, don't get a 28" fixture.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
