The light was delivered when promised. It was very well packed and in prefect condition when it arrived. I had a contractor install the light so I really can't comment on the instructions other than there were no installation issues. I ordered another light with the same finish. The finish on the two lights was dramtically different. I understand that there will be variations but I would have expected them to be a little closer in color. Because they are not right next to each other it is not really a problem.
