I knew the look that I wanted and couldn't locate a fixture anywhere. Many lighting stores couldn't find what I wanted. I searched online, no luck , until I went to lighting universe. I found almost exactly what I was looking for (a sconce that resembled a torch on a cave wall) on page 30 or 40. I ordered 3 of them and the space it is in has the look I was hoping for. The price was reasonable, the shipping was quick and the packing kept the units intact.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Great look for the money. A suggestion for customers of this product: Experiment with different light bulbs, as you can totally change the look and color that the globe radiates. I found by using an LED light bulb, (the one is liked best by far was a 21 LED candlelabra base, day light color balanced at 6000K) This gave off a soft royal blue color and really accented the crackled glass.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

You must get more than one! The subtle crackle effect of the glass is very unique. I installed a pair in a contemporary games/bar area with mustard walls. Everyone, including our home builder friends, ask where we found these unique lights. An excellent value for the price!
