I was charged an additional $53 for shipping, which was totally inappropriate. Apparently they tried to deliver the chandelier to my house when I wasn't home, so I was charged for 're-delivery' - meaning I should have been chained to my front porch waiting for it to arrive. Crazy. You would think that after dropping almost two grand on lights that I'd receive better customer service. The light itself is great.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
