I wasn´t expecting something extraordinary because the price is quite low. I was disappointed because I ordered two chandeliers of this model, one shipped complete, but the other was missing all of the accessories. I notified customer service, and they were very good about contacting the manufacturer to send me the missing parts (which I am still waitng for). We have already hung the complete one in our patio, and it looks quite good. It´s a good lamp for a casual spot, not so perfect if you want to put it in your formal dining, for that, I would recomend Savoy House chandeliers, which we also bought. They are not much more expensive, but the materials and finishes are better quality. Over all, this Maxim Lighting chandelier looks attractive.

I was very happy with both the quality and the look. the product was packed and shipped from a scale of 1 to 10 i would rate a 10 on everything.

Decent quality material for price -- about the same price range of "in stock" chandeliers of this size/quality at local home improvment store (but didn't like any of the exact styles stores had in stock) -- but a MUCH better price than placing a "special order" for a light like this at one of those type stores. So, I placed my "special order" here instead -- for a much bigger savings over going through a "middleman" store. Overall -- very happy w/ the product & what I paid for it.
