The classic design of urns have been a staple of the Georgian and American Empire, spanning the periods of the 17th and 18th century homes through the Victorian era, and continue to influence many of today's interiors. The original apothecaries had top mounted glass matching the main glass. Its purpose was to control the candle flames and protect the ceilings. Artcraft has recreated this look in a variety of sizes with starburst etched hand blown glassware. The beauty of these hand blown urns is accentuated in its artistic shape and seamless glass finish.
