This chandelier looks whiter in the picture, but in real life it is an off white color, sort of tan-grey antiqued finish, meaning there are sort of splotches of color to make it look antique. A more accurate presentation of the finish color would be really helpful. I was disappointed in that, otherwise it came looking pretty much as presented on the web site.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

  • Q: Does this light mount at the ceiling then hang by a chain so it can be hung in the middle of a room? Or is it more of a corner chandelier that connects to an electrical outlet?

    A: It can do both. It does come with a canopy to mount to a junction box. If you want it as a swag, all you have to do is add a plug to the end of the cord.
