The lamp looks very nice, assembly was easy. I had to add a nut to the point of connection where the head rotates, because it would not stay in place when I pointed it exactly where I wanted it. Also a little shorter than I expected but makes for very nice over-the-shoulder reading lights. I would buy it again, if I new I had that specific nut handy to add to the assembly

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
