When we received our chandelier we were surprised at the color and shape of the globes. From the photos we expected clear, amber, spherical globes, not elliptical opaque globes. However, once the chandelier was installed we realized that the opaque globes soften the light and their shape gives the chandelier a more "graceful" appearance.
We were missing one small plastic part when we assembled the globes, however Customer Service resolved the issue promptly and courteously.
Overall, we love the chandelier and find that it's antiqued bronze base and crackled opaque globes are perfect in our log home dining room. The chandelier is on a dimmer switch and the light is further softened, which is truly an improvement over the track lighting it replaced.
We previously purchased from your website and I expect that we will do so in the future when the need arises.

Very well made; solid. Globes are very thick glass. Cleaning them in the future is difficult because they are bolted down via bulb socket. Otherwise we are very happy with it.
