The light looked very close to the picture... the only thing different was the glass shades on the lights were a different color than the picture. In the picture, the light is on, so the glass looks whiter. However, they are actually a light tan sort of color. And, really, when you turn the light on you get a really nice, warm glow from the light - which you wouldn't get if the glass shades were white. So, I am happy... they just looked a little different than the picture. Also, we didn't install the light ourselves, so I just picked the "middle of the road" selection above.
