This ADA Compliant contemporary sconce is similar to the "Paros" sconce and also features a wide diffuser with a delicate pattern trimming at the top and bottom. It also has an open top and bottom to provide both uplighting and downlighting. This sconce is hand crafted of fired natural Bisque ceramic, an ideal surface for painting. It comes standard without a finish, but if a finish is desired it can be added for an additional cost; please see the finish options below. Finish choices include several solid acrylic colors or hand applied faux finishes.
This sconce can also be ordered wired with a single outdoor par socket suitable for use in locations subject to direct contact with rain or spray. It is recommended that you use a shatter resistant tough skin bulb with the outdoor model. In order to comply with established electrical code, the installer must provide a water tight seal with silicone between the fixture housing and the wall.
A cosmetic diffuser is available for this sconce. The diffuser is used when the top of the fixture is visible from above.
A variety of bulb types can be used with this fixture.
