The two wall sconces that I ordered came on time. One had a broken glass, I contacted online support and new glass replacement was shipped right away. I am very happy with Lighting Universe. I get emailed updates on shipping and tracking. One of the best sites around! The lights look great too!

I bought 2 of these as substitutes for fixtures which I LOVED that turned out to be too big for my master bath -- so it was really hard to look for new ones. But they are incredibly beautiful and classy, sleek and modern and putting out a great light while not taking up a lot of space. I put one over each sink, and they created a simply fantastic look. I also bought the square fixture (12") to put over my bathtub and it too is excellent, my only complaint being that the halogen bulbs are VERY bright. Great for over the mirror, not so much for a romantic low-level tub light!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
