The flourescent light fixture from progres lighting was exactly what I was looking for. It had the newer electronic ballast and the newere brighter T-8 bulbs which are much brighter than the old T-12 bulbs and the level of light doesn't degrade with usage like the old T-12's.
It's hard to find a good flourescent light fixture for a bathroom vanity as none of the usual home improvement centers sell these and to my surprise none of my local lighting specialty stores carried anything like this either. Everything they have is the usual incandescent strip lights. Since I leave my bathroom light on most of the time I wanted the energy savings of a flourescent and unlike most people I prefer a flourescent light in my bathroom over an incandescent one for the color of the light as well as the extra quantity of light.
Lighting Universe had what I wanted and got it to me quick and safe with no hassle. Thanks!
