Inspired by a long-time favorite, the Delano® II 52" flush mount ceiling fan offers the same clean, neo-transitional look but with less than a one foot drop from the ceiling.

Includes five (5) blades, 15° pitch
Features a 172×20mm motor and an integrated light kit
Full-function WCS212 wall control system included
Optional handheld RCS212 remote available (sold separately)
ENERGY INFORMATION with fan at high speed (excluding light):
- Air flow: 5,634 cubic feet per minute
- Electrical usage (excluding light): 70 watts
- Air flow efficiency: 80.49 cubic feet/minute/watt

I bought 3 of these a couple of years ago.  I have another to replace and have returned for a simlar style in the same brand.  They are quiet, easy to install and very nice looking.
