This light is beautifully made and weather tight, emphasis on the tight. I couldn't open it, even with a strap wrench. I finally had to pry it open. Great weather-tightness, but too extreme for the job. Otherwise, it's a great looking light.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
