Product arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition. Fits my existing light fixture without problems. Had trouble finding the dimensions on LU website, but found them at http://www.americanfluorescent.com/display/products/images/files/information/RC&CSWp27.pdf
The only negative was the price. Seems a bit high for a piece of plastic, but this site had it for the cheapest on the internet. Shipping took about a week. Overall very satisfied.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
