I play piano for a nearby community theater and this light was just the ticket! It is black and has a very heavy base plus 14 inches so I can see all of the music!

Excellent lamp - except....the switch is inline in the electrical cord. making it difficult to access when using it atop a piano. The switch should have been in the base of the lamp.

This product is just what we needed. It's the right size for a console piano, and the construction is sturdy. The gooseneck is just right for seeing your music.
The only draw back is it needs a 40 watt bulb. A 60 would be more to my liking, but overall we are very pleased.

I bought this for my granddaughter. It looks like a much more expensive lamp! It is perfect for what she needs! Thank you very much - an equivalent lamp in a music store would have cost twice as much!!!

Really serves the purpose. I thought that it came with a bulb from the description but it didn't. However, I called and was instructed that I could find one at Lowes which I did for $4. No problem.
