The product is great but the time it took to deliver is very, very slow. I ordered the product on June 29 and did not receive the product until July 17. Much slower than what I thought the company advertised.

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. Not only is this an amazing reading lamp, it has helped me tremendously in dealing with the recent time change with Daylight Savings. I highly highly recommend a full spectrum light like this for people with seasonal affective disorder--it has done wonders for me!

This lamp is a terric source of light, and I love that I can easily read in bed without disturbing my sleeping husband. Love that it uses ecologically sound bulbs!

Just received this lamp--it's made very well (all metal) and I just love the functional aesthetics. Light is clear and bright and you can easily tilt the shade and adjust. I was somewhat concerned about buying it as I read a lot of bad reviews about the ballast of Ott-lites. I wrote to Ott-lite directly and they responded quickly (see below) and said they had past issues that have been since corrected. Keeping this in mind I decided to buy. Don't know if it will last but it's a beauty of a lamp. I'll post another review if the ballast goes out.

The Key Largo floor lamp gives strong even adjustable height lighting. It's unobtrusive, doesn't require too much floor space. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was the sharpness of the metal on the very bottom of the lamp just above the floor where the wire exits the lamp base. I don't think the metal touches the wire however.

Although it was somewhat expensive, I was excited to receive my first Ott-Lite. However, it was on back-order for over a month, which was frustrating. When it finally arrived, it was easy to set up... BUT the light has a visible flicker which is driving me crazy! Don't buy this product if you are sensitive to flickering lights (it reminds me of the old-school fluorescent tubes). The full-spectrum color is great, but in my opinion it is rendered useless by the flicker.

Quality of Materials...Shade had a dark spot of what appears to be glue near 'seam'.
Installation difficult because horizontal inner bar (which holds the screws to connect outer plate)was not secure to vertical bar and allowed entire unit to skew to right or left when changing lamp position.
I like the light received from the OTT bulb.

We bought 2 wall sconces. They were advertised as such but really were not. I had to re-build the mounting as they tend to rotate. We were actually forced to buy these CFL type lights that you cannot put regular screw base light bulbs into due to California electrical codes. WE would not buy them again.
