When we received package from UPS, it looked like the box was opened and the light had been taken out of the surrounding packaging, and never put back securely in place. It was a big mess, we are surprised it wasn't broken when we received it. There was also no packing slip.

I looked for 2 replacement fixtures for my kitchen. I had 2 standard $6.88 H.D. fixtures that really annoyed me; not enough light and you see them in every basic condo conversion across the country.

These fixtures installed in about 15 mins. each. Very easy and they add a nice look and a lot of light to my kitchen. I like that they can serve as general lighting and highlighting simultaneously. The brushed nickel finish makes them look more expensive than they are, and the included down rods are a great touch. My ceiling is bi-level and the down rods allow them to be at the same distance from the floor, which adds a finished touch to the space. If these are the type of lights you're looking for, I highly doubt that you'll be disappointed in any way.

These instructions are written in poor, confusing English, on the super cheap. Not that installing was ultimately difficult (other than assembly of the light itself), but the wording in someone's English as a second language, made it more difficult than it needed to be. PROBLEM: The screws are too short to hold the curved bars to the center post and ultimately, we had to superglue them. Lets hope it holds.

Your service is pretty good and the product is fine, but it arrived broken in two (the glass was broken). I didn't felt like going through the pain of shipping it back, so I used crazy glue and repaired it. It does the job, but I'm a bit disappointed. The packaging could have been better.

I am very pleased with this vanity fixture. The
size is good over a 42" vanity and a 36" mirror.
The bronze color is very nice and the white glass
shades go well with the white vanity top. The
shape of the glass fixtures is different and sets
it off from run of the mill hardware store variety.

I was looking for a simple design along with a quality product. This chandilier met that criteria. It has a nice weight, the candlesticks are metal, not cardboard; it hangs straight and looks substantial without overpowering our small space.

This is a gorgeous chandelier. It has the classic crystal drops but a contemporary look. I like that it doesn't look like something you would find at a home improvement store. We bought this because we didn't want to obstruct our view out the dining room window, wanted a shaded light fixture, and didn't want a plain 5 arm chandelier. This fits the bill on all 3 counts. I shopped around and with the free shipping, this was the best price out there.

It's a great compliment to my posh bathroom. The black string shade allows plenty of light through and doesn't hide the details of the chandelier. Important to know though: the product should be described as a satin nickel or brushed stainless - it is not polished (shiny).

This is a very nice fixture. It is well made and has a very nice "antiqued" finish to the metal. The glass is a opaque/frosted glass which has a tint of yellow in it. It puts off a very nice glow.

This is a beautiful chandelier. The mixture of "antiqued" metal, glass bowls for the lamps, and glass jewels provides for an impressive fixture. The overall look is impressive and the color of the glass lamp bowls is slightly yellow which helps in putting off a warm glow.

The fixture has a japanese flare to it. Once mounted and the light covers all straightned out its a beautiful piece if you are going for the japanese look. It would be nice if the directions were put together a little better. The one problem that concerned me the most was: Once I was finished hanging the light I noticed the lights covers didn't line up across the bottom giving it an un-even look. After about 40 minutes of bending the light cover holders by hand I was able to get everything to line up perfect. Overall the fixture is beautiful and My wife loves it so I guess it was worth the extra effort to make it right even though it should come from the manufacturer straight.

It's not a top quality light but for the price it's pretty good. One of the wires inside was disconnected so my husband had to take it apart to figure out why it didn't work. Once he connected it, it worked fine.
It would look a bit better from a distane.
Given a choice I would buy this light again.

If you are using these are a lower level on the wall...you'll need to install them upside down. we used them at waist level..and didnt realize they didnt have a cover on them..and the bulb showed...so we just installed them upside down and they look great

Works very well in our modern kitchen. Replaced a dated fixture on a rather narrow wall when we had the kitchen redone. Really stands out now. Nicely lights a stainless steel wall-mounted wine rack below it. Complements our stainless appliances nicely and we like that you won't see something like this every day. Harkens back to a much cooler era with its geometrical design. Easy installation. I would definitely recommend this fixture if it coordinates with your decorating style.

I needed a light for a very tight space and had few options. This one fit the bill, EXCEPT, it is effectively about 1/4" higher than listed because of the nuts at the bottom that hold the assembly together. We had to remove the nuts and glue the thing together because we couldn't accomodate this extra height (as I said, we had a very tight space). The frame is plastic, but it looks fine. For the money, it's a good light.

The light is dim, hot and very small. The rings around the bulbs fall off just by touching them when trying to make an adjustment.
